Aviation Forecasts
ACG has developed methodologies and models for forecasting all aspects of aviation demand--origin/destination, connecting/hubbing, domestic/international--at all levels of planning--international, national, state, or regional system and airport-specific.

Allocation Models 
ACG has refined and calibrated models for the forecast of enplanement allocation to individual airports within a multi-airport region. Other ACG models are also used to allocate and geographically distribute the direct, indirect and induced jobs generated by an airport.

Demographic and Socioeconomic Forecasts
ACG is accomplished at these basic and transportation-related forecasts and maintains up-to-date national, regional and local data files. All data files are cross-referenced with geographic information systems (GIS) files. Models have been developed to forecast transportation-related jobs.

Economic Development Strategies 
ACG can identify development opportunities and the means to achieve them. ACG develops local incentive programs and constructs city or regional strategies--including use of capital improvements--for attracting private investment.

Transportation Planning 
ACG can determine the need for airports, mass transit, highways, pedestrian/transit malls; assess their roles in encouraging regional/urban development; estimate their economic impacts; and structure transportation-related joint ventures.

Cost/Benefit Analyses 
ACG can estimate both costs and benefits of any proposed infrastructure development. Cost/benefits can be stated in terms of capital costs, employment, direct and indirect revenues and social impacts.

Comprehensive/Public Policy Planning 
ACG assists both public and private entities in the development of complex projects:
-    central area development studies.
-    regional transportation improvement programs; corridor development strategies.
-    reuse strategies, including historic districts, military base reuse and adaptive reuse.

Investment/Development Counseling 
ACG can identify various public/private financing techniques for major projects, including taxing districts, tax increment financing (TIF); construct financing packages; assist in securing financing/funding; identify and solicit business relocation/start-ups.

Development Coordination 
ACG provides public/private liaison to expedite the public approval process; advises on planning and regulatory issues; conducts executive level interviews with affected localities and industries; and provides briefings (to media, public officials).
